iniBuilds are back with their release of New York JFK on Friday 14th April!
In this short 6 minute video, we take a look at some of the features included, and discuss the performance I experienced too. Stay tuned for a live stream in a few days too after release plus a giveaway for someone to win a copy!

Got them all ready for a livestream giveaway this Sunday for the JFK scenery. Going old school with Maddog TWA MD-83 ops from Tampa Bay into New York!

lol I’m sure it’ll get my 3090 smoking!
I already have SS3D, I don’t use FSLTL, I do have AIG for model Matching on VATSIM.
My VA Airline doesn’t fly the A320 into JFK, going to have to take the CR9 out! Already got the flight bid!
Will consider it. We still need a decent KLGA!
The one maintained on flightsim.to is decent for the meantime.
When does the 5090Ti come out???
It’s out,

The quality is what you’d expect from ini, looks fantastic inside and out. I’d say this is the most customizable one yet (I have all of theirs), and performs the best out of the box.
Here are some of my numbers, but everyone’s experience will be different based on your hardware and configurations. But to just baseline it, with no other addons installed I was getting ~53FPS outside the terminal and touring around. Inside the terminal I saw a minor loss of ~5FPS.
That was on a 3090 / 5950X / 128GB 3600MHZ memory / 2TB NVME, 4K Ultra settings.
All was buttery smooth.
There isn’t much static AI which was nice (and can be turned off, but good to see it not overdone with it on). Same held true for all the ground clutter options.
Again, this was a vanilla test with no other addons but this scenery and using a default Asobo plane, once I load in my other mods with the Fenix, of course that will be a different story, but that’s not ini/JFK’s fault so I always like to test what they can do on their own.
Interestingly enough, another test with everything turned off that can be, the performance didn’t change that much overall, so it seems to be well optimized.
Of course that will change as the addons are put back and a more FPS hungry plane but out of the box. Seems good!
Won’t actually get to fly it until tonight.
PS. Don’t forget to uninstall the Asobo KFJK!
