Brief description of the issue:
On a fresh boot of the game, xbox series x, the initial splash screen takes 3 minutes or more before getting to the logos, demo, update check and final loading screen.
Can be upwards of 6 minutes before getting to the menu.

Fully close the game, reboot console.
