If my memory serves me correctly (away from PC at the moment) it’s either ‘spoilers’ or ‘water rudder’ binding
Neither keybinding toggles the floats, at least not on my version of the Goose Redux. I have installed both of the 2022 updates, but still doesn’t work. It does makes sense to assign the CTRL-W to the floats, since the Goose doesn’t have a water rudder.
If I recall this rendition of the Goose does have an “invisible” water rudder because differential throttle handling is iffy in MSFS and many people will not have peripherals that easily allow it
