I really cant understand this message, why now, why on earth happens if as far as I know nobody in this planet uses a CD to load this game. Suddenly I cant play today.

Brief description of the issue:
When launching the beta (1.27.17.0) I am being asked to insert the game disk. If I revert to the release version (1.26.5.0) the game launches fine.
