help! pls i tried alot

I’m afraid our help will be limited without more information. What exactly is it that it’s doing? Does it download some of the file and then “reset” back to 0% or just get stuck?

There is a topic here about some of these issues: Download and installation issues

You should vote for it, to raise awareness of the issue to the devs, and explore some of the links in the first topic as many workarounds have been suggested. Some users have had success with these.

Simple answer from the top of my head: It downloads packs, then the download pauses to unpack them, then repeats.

n o it doesnt reset and just stops

no it just stops totally stops with 0 net and disc usage i even left it for two days

Definitely read the topic I linked and the topics linked in it. There are some workarounds that people have used (installing a VPN, using NetLimiter, etc.)

Otherwise, raise a ticket on ZenDesk: https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

If you have already gone through the FAQ and known issues without resolving the issue I suggest you raise a support ticket via Zendesk and provide clear information to them of what you have tried and what is happening.

got it but do you know any free vpn-

i did and they send the normal instsll guide and never answer again

I used the AVG free 7-day trial to get mine downloaded.

I was surprised that it actually worked and helped.

You have to persevere and follow up on your ticket. They were initially overwhelmed by issues, so were blanket-responding to tickets with stock responses. If you follow up on the ticket you should get help (or at least I hope you would.)

avg needs the credit card and i need something without entering the credit card
