I’ve been off the sim for a while, when I logged in today, I noticed that the Installation Manager does not appear on startup as it always did. Has there been a change I missed? Any help would be appreciated.
I have the DVD version from Aerosoft. Everything works fine except the Installation Manager at startup. I use the xbox app to sign in as I’ve always done.
If everything else works fine, what version of the sim are you on?
My version is 1.26.5.0 all updates for windows and the store are current.
As long as everything is keeping up-to-date as it should then maybe there’s nothing to be concerned about. 1.26.5 is the current version on PC.
Then how will I know if I’m getting all the updates?? Last night I tried several ways of starting up the sim, not signing in to xbox, and forcing the sign in pop up to appear. Then signing in and when the sim started, there was the Installation Manager screen. Unfortunately when I tried again, it didn’t work. The latest version update happened when the Install Manager was working a few weeks ago. My question is what changed to cause Installation Manager NOT to start when the Sim is starting up? Something must have changed because I sign in the same way I always have and Installation Manager always started befire the sim loaded. I’m not convinced that just leaving this issue be is the correct solution! There must be a reason this changed.
Thx
Whatever changed, it’s on your end only, because I see the installation manager nearly every time I fire up the sim. Let’s switch places, because I DON’T want to see it every time.
I talked to Aerosoft about this and they advised that I will get back Installation manager when the next update comes.
