Installed 1.9.3.0 only Two Aircraft

I installed version 1.9.3.0 now I only see two aircraft . How can I solve ?

I had the same problem after reinstall. Somehow, the Online Functionality got turned off in the Options. Turned it on and also turned off the Data Limitation, restarted the SIM and all content was now available in the Content Manager for download.
