its just these “Anti-Virus” tool which kill windows… I assume all of these super-tools, which contains meanwhile so many useless features, instead focus on a simple “anti-virus” solution, change so many things at system level.. that I would in this case say its not MS

I mentioned my opionon about these bloodware which these tools install already in different post, so I would not repeat.
Intressting is, that its the second case I remember where a “disable” was’nt enought and these anti-vir-solution must be un-installed.
