Integrate mods bought outside marketplace

As Microsoft integrates mods that were available for purchase from third party vendors into the game is there a way to integrate them to be managed by game rather than in community folder?

For example, I have Helsinki Vantaa, MB-339 and Eurofighter Typhoon. All bought outside the marketplace before they were introduced there. Now these are for sale through marketplace and the updates etc would be managed by the game itself. Is there a way to re-introduce my copies?

I Agree that they need a way that tells marketplace you own a product even when purchased out side of it. Example: I have orbx scenery would like it to show that its owned and removed to the bottom of the market place list.
