Trying to launch FS 2024 from gamepass. When launching, it gets stuck at 90% loading screen with the above image. After waiting 30 mins, it starts flickering red and white. I have the most up to date windows and arc driver

The fix was to disable HDR in windows (including auto hdr)
The lastest driver is 6449. It enables new features in the driver (frame synchronization, fps limiter, low latency mode, image sharpening, ansiotropic filtering, and adaptive tessellation right in the driver, rather than depending on the game implementing it).
Very noticeable difference.
Also fixed the problem of not being able to rotate individual displays, and Windows not getting the refresh rate right for Samsung TVs,
