Is it me or there is a performance issue on the GPU side since the last update?

I’ve seen almost exactly this a few times recently. I’m not sure about the cause but yes. Massive and sudden drop in fps after a while playing.
I’ve seen it hit in stages, - from 40 to 20 and then from 20 to 8 a short while later type thing.

I have assumed so far that it is a general memory leak.

If its causing users like myself gpu usage dropping I doubt its a really a memory leak but it could be. There is definitely a bug in the airports probably demanding more vram.
Would a memory leak cause the GPU usage to drop?
Imagine what’s going to happen when the sim gets DX12 support CTD probably.
