Also the start up screen differs from normal. Is SU10 coming up?

Within MSFS go to Settings > General > Data and turn off Online Functionality, then save, then turn it back on, then save, then restart the sim.

It was already off, no idea how but it works now.

that can happen when you lose connectivity during a flight. The sim will notify you it went to ‘offline mode’, but the popup is pretty small, and doesn’t stay on your screen for too long, so it’s easy to miss.
Once this happens, you have to manually turn them on again.
