There is a procedure to recalibrate the VelocityOne manually, moving each control axis through its full range of motion. I don’t remember off the top of my head how to enable it but I found it on the Turtle Beach support page.

Hi @Sparkamatrix. I think I know what you are describing…
If you go into the training mode on the turtle beach yoke does it show the axis movements only moving about half way or not utilizing the full throw of axis’? On the yoke screen it should show the axis light up the training bar depending how you manipulate the yoke or throttles. If they are not mirroring your inputs the yoke may be out of calibration and need to be recalibrated. If you think this is the issue I’ll send you the email I received with instruction for recalibration. Mine did this about a year and some months after over 600hrs.

Good call @TheM00ps

Hi thinks for the reply, yeah I found the V1 re calibration page to and tried it and did not work, the bad thing is i plugged in my old Loitech extreme 3Dpro and it works no issues.

Hmmm that’s no good! The recalibration process is a bit tedious as you have to move each axis 3x for it to register.

If that’s not the case my next troubleshoot would be the cable. If you have another USB C that would work on the yoke give that a go, if you haven’t already!
