I can see the roadmap shows today as the release date and it is not “tentative”.
Can someone from MS confirm this in order not to have thousands of users waiting and asking for news?

Assuming thousands of users visit this thread. When SU15 is released, I’m sure an announcement will be made in News and Announcements.
According to the latest information on social media a blackbox with several hundred diskettes containing SU15 is right now en route from LFBD to EDDF. From there it will be distributed throughout the world.

The absence, so far at least, of any official statement to the contrary, I’m expecting that SU15 will indeed be released today.
Time will tell, but I’ll probably be trying to load MSFS from around 4pm (UK time), to get the update started.
At which time has earlier SU’s been released?
Sim Update 15 will release later today as per the Development Roadmap!
The Community Team will post the release notes on these forums as well as our social media channels as soon as the update goes live. If you follow us on X/Twitter or Facebook you can turn on notifications to be alerted as soon as SU15 is released.

It has previously, usually been sometime between 4pm and 5pm UK time. I’ve not paid as much attention to whether that would be GMT/UTC or BST (GMT/UTC+1hr), but it’ll be sometime there or thereabouts.

I presumed as the devs were French (+1hr) that they spend the day checking the release is ready to go and then push it out at the end of the day.
No. As they are French, they will probably spend a good part of the day eating lunch. A much better use of time than us lot sitting here waiting for an update that will still be there later on!

I don’t know whether it is an Asobo dev that presses the “release button”, but either way, every previous release has been released based on Pacific Standard Time (PST), probably as that is where Microsoft lives.
