Is the PC-12 vector wind option inaccurate?

The X Y wind seems to be accurate but I am not sure how to read the vector wind and the plane seems to “crawl” with the wind instead of against it. It does not seem to be relative to the plane nor does it seem to show the compass direction of the wind.

X Y wind example:

Seems to make sense, wind comes in from the left so the plane will be pushed to the right so the plane compensates. Also massive tailwind so 345 kts ground speed!

Vector wind example:

What is going on here? Would this not throw me wildly off course? At first I thought maybe the vector is reversed in that the arrow points where the wind is coming from but that would mean headwind, and I obviously have a tailwind with this ground speed. I am confused because on all my other planes that have a single vector option for wind, it will show the direction the wind is blowing and it always makes sense.

I do not want to post it as a bug yet just in case I am just being stupid.

Thanks. Annoying it did not pop up in the similar topics.

Searching in the Bug Reporting Hub using the pilatus-pc-12-nxg tag and “wind” in description, it is the 1st report returned in the list. Maybe did you use the pc12 tag ?, in this case there is no report. This tag is used for 3rd party PC-12 aircraft.
Searching can be tricky sometimes .
