I adore the 247D but it has some issues. I can’t see any mention of an upcoming update. Am I looking in the wrong place or are the developers keeping their cards close to their chests and will release it when it’s ready ?

Yes, an update is coming. But you have to remember, Wing42 is a VERY small dev, and I think all the folks have real jobs outside of Wing42, so it’s just going to take a while. The last info on the Wing42 home, Facebook, and Twitter sites are all about a month old, but does mention working on an update.
I don’t know where to find more current info but apparently it does exist as I’ve seen folks quote it without, sadly providing links. But anyway, just hang in there. It’ll happen eventually.

I’m really curious whether their challenging pricing policy was proven to be successful. Wish their success and hope it could give strong signals to other add-on developers.

Hope to get a little information!
As already mentioned it seems to pretty much be a one man operation that out sources stuff like FM and sound to other specialised developers. It is not a large company with multiple full time devs and a large team of support staff.
Small teams produce amazing products that you simply will not see from the big companies run by accountants but you do need patience dealing with issues.

Spot on. I can wait . I just wanted to make sure I hadn’t missed any updates.
I suspect what ever we get will be spectacular.

Here we are, second week of NOV and still no update. Would really like to have seen a fix to the right engine start sound bug at least by now.

Here we are in the first week of August. 2023. And no update or any information at all. Even a short message from the developer saying there wont be any updates would be a welcome…update.
