I have recently purchased two generic 15.5” lcd touch screen portable monitors from Amazon. I have installed them both and are both displaying as external screens. However when I go to setup the touch functionality I can only get one screen to work with touch. The other one does not work!! If I remove the one which is working , I can then get the other to operate on touch!! But not both together. Is this an issue with windows 11 ? Is there a work around? Any help much appreciated.
Have you used the Windows calibration tool to identify that the monitors are touch?
This is a 2 step process,
- You need to identify each monitor as touch
- You need to then calibrate each touch monitor
Yes I have gone through the process of selecting the correct touch screen using the calibration tool.
However I can only get one of them to work, but not both together.!!!
Hence it must be a Windows 11 issue.
Don’t think so, many us run 5, 6, 7, 8+ touch screens on Windows 11 without issue for Air Manager panels.
How are you connecting them?
I did have issue with having both my 15.6" WIMAXIT using USBC.
So for those ones, I had to split it out.
Screen 1;
Display: HDMI
Power / Touch: USB-C to USB-C On PC
Screen 2;
Display: HDMI
Power: USB-C To USB-C Wall Plug
Touch: USB-C to USB-A on PC
wow!!! Many many thanks. Worked a treat well happy,
