Issue with Fenix EFB - "zooms out" when I leave the Navigraph tab

Ever since the Fenix A320 was updated to v2 I have had an issue with the external EFB: When I look up charts in the Navigraph tab and then want to go to other tabs (e.g. settings, departure tab) the zoom factor of the EFB changes (zooms out) by a factor of 3-4 making it hard to read anything and to browse (because the buttons allowing you to browse other tabs “shift away”, i.e. I need to scroll to reach them). The only solution is to restart the EFB completely.

I use an Android tablet for the EFB and have tried different browsers.

Any ideas?

Was there any solution in the mean time for this?

I have the same problem. After using the navigraph charts, zoom level is few times smaller and cannot restore. Which make use of an external EFB practical impossible.

Hope your ticket gave a solution?

So far not. I had a long back and forth with someone from the team trying to troubleshoot, but in the end the problem could not immediately be solved. I was promised that the issue was going to be “escalated”, no idea what that means in terms of when it will be fixed.

For now I use the Navigraph app for the charts (even more sophisticated!) and switch between EFB and Navigraph and this works very well.

For now a workaround but maybe for me a final solution because of all the possibilities in the Navigraph app.
