I purchased IniBuilds A300-600 from the ongoing sale of MSFS Marketplace ending 07Jan26. I am on MSFS 2020/Xbox series X. I was quite excited to have a study level aircraft which was not horrendously expensive as the PMDGs.
Things started off well but within 24 hrs. funny things started to happen.
1/ All starting procedures followed but when requested pushback one would see the slides(Shutes) sticking out from all doors which had been opened.One would even see one underneath the jetway.Tried every conceivable way to close doors/ arm/ disarm doors but those appeared again and would stick out all the way while taxing/ take-off/climb.Funny isn’t it.
2/ On starting the console again next day presented with a different issue.EFB which would show GPU and chocks in position( Remove Chocks,Remove GPU in orange) began to show GPU box in white.Though by clicking button it would say GPU available, nothing would happen. The aircraft was electrically dead. Batteries would show “ON” but no sounds or lights.Ext PWR switch would go to on and back to off.
3/ Carried the entire process to uninstall/stall the Add-On without results though it says “Upto date”
Would be grateful if fellow simmers can give me some clue to what is going on.Who and how do I approach for a refund if this is somehow not sorted out.
