Issues With Starting Both Sims

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: 2 Issues
2020: Get the Xbox loading screen and just goes black screen from then, removed community folder, rebooted still an issue. Uninstalled, reinstalled still the same issue. Kill program from task manager and now says its still running unless I reboot.

2024: Same issue with getting passed loading screen then black screen. Uninstalled, reinstalled will get to the menu but no maps loading on the menu or in flight planning/missions, continue to flight and it goes black screen.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time I launch since passed last weekend

4 Install nvidia driver 566.14 without Geforce Experience and HD Audio
5 Restart PC

6 Launch MSFS 2020
