There are no 5-character ICAO codes anyway. everything in the sim’s database that has more than 4 characters (ICAO code) as an airport must not show up at all.
Or in the US given their proper FAA LID.
Afaik the FAA gives out 3 and 4 characters like for example 5FL2 or so for a private strip in Florida. It’s a made up code here.. But it would never be RJCTM like in @GimbalAxis ‘s picture.
I was showing RJTT (Tokyo, Haneda) so they aren’t FAA codes, but, they are all helipads, and all 5 character - which distinguishes them from 4 character ICAO airport codes.
The Grossmont Hospital Heliport in La Mesa, California is KJH0C in MSFS 2024. The FAA LID is 03CA. 03CA is what should be shown in MSFS 2024. No idea where KJH0C comes from.
This kind of discrepancy should be reported in the main thread: MSFS 2024 Airport / Helipad Issue Tracker

Yeah I know about that thread. I’ve made a bunch of reports on it.
