Brief description of the issue:
Items show as not installed in the content manager and yet I cannot install. When I click on any of the files, there is a popup that says ‘waiting’.

-Opened MSFS2020 to check that everything was up to date saw files sitting in Content Manager and tried to install
PC specs for those who want to assist (if not entered in your profile)
