It's a long way

The sim is starting to shine with the Fenix and Inibuilds A330.

Performance is good, feels more smooth.

What we actually need is an TLOD slider with Altitude.

I can easily run TLOD 400 above 3000ft.

All under 3000ft it should automaticly go to TLOD 200, would be the best experience that i can maintain stable 40 FPS with the Fenix.

If you don’t mind me asking, where are you from? I read that there are still some guys having problems with the simulator.

I am from Austria
I have an 300Mbit Connection.
My Pc:

Hey, thanks for replying! You never had any problems with the simulator? I’m from Italy and I’ve never had any.

I took both the A330 and the A321 for a short spin today, which had never worked before (usually, the engines shut down during taxi, and the avionics with them). Since the aircraft are currently always streamed, I think it’s possible they fixed them on the server side. I’ll do a proper flight later; maybe I just got lucky. (For the record, I’m in Germany.)

At the first days yes, but the last day went flawless for me.
Ah italy, nice

Hi! Have the engines and avionics even switched off? This game has clear bugs haha.

There is a dynamic performance slider now, very useful for VR to lock FPS. But I believe the original function is to adjust automatically settings (TLOD primarily) to hit the specified FPS target

Sims need more sliders, more settings, more granularity.

Instead, Asobo decides, if we want a lot of airport traffic, it also has to be ULTRA quality. Let us decide if we want a few objects with lots of detail or the opposite or anything in between.

We can’t have a massive world-encompassing sim and then try to shoehorn a minimal e-commerce UI into it. We need sliders.
