Jackhammer alarm sound in DC Designs Concorde

During a Concorde flight, a loud alarm sounding like a jackhammer sometimes begins and there is no obvious source or reason for it. There are no flashing lights showing anywhere in the instruments to hint at the source. I’ve included a video capture, below. The sound ends abruptly but that’s just the extent of the video; in the sim, it continued for as long as I could bear it before exiting the flight. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, were you able to isolate its cause?

I have reached out to JustFlight for their advice but I’m also posting here in case anyone has had the same experience with this alarm sound.

As a bonus, here’s another alarm which, even though it’s not the jackhammer type, is equally puzzling. Again, let me know if you’ve had this one happen…

I’ve not yet heard back from JustFlight but meanwhile I’ve found out via one of the tutorials that the Jackhammer sound is the Concorde’s Overspeed warning. An online search for that term produced several other websites which confirmed that. So controlling the speed at various key points in the flight should eliminate the problem.

One must therefore note the speed setting of the striped “barber-pole” wand in the Air Speed Indicator. If the actual speed of the aircraft goes beyond where that wand is sitting, the alarm will be triggered. You can use a combination of AutoThrottle speed settings and aircraft pitch adjustment (up or down) to keep your speed safely under the critical level. The barber-pole wand will go up eventually and the later procedures for supersonic flight can go ahead.
