Jerky flight simulator

hello everyone, for some time I have known that flight simulator has worsened in terms of FPS, although I optimize the settings through the NVDIA GEOFORCE EXPERIENCE, my simulator jerks noticeably, especially while I change the views inside the cabin. I don’t know why, until some time ago it didn’t give me these problems, it was always fine, I also tried to reinstall the 479 graphics card drivers, but nothing has changed. I have disabled PHOTOGRAMMETRY, but the result remains unchanged. Is anyone noticing this flaw? My pc is made up as follows: CPU I7 11th 11800 octacore; Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU with 6GB of dedicated memory and 32GB of Ram. Thanks to all those who will give me support and / or advice

Never use the nvidia optimize! Switch it off. It doesn’t work.
Go to the graphics settings in the sim. Start with high for your system. Go fly and notch the settings up bit by bit to ultra to max them out. Your system should be able to fly ultra no problem.
And look it you are flying dx12 (beta). Switch that off for now too.

I m not flying with DX 12, I have put all parameter in MEDIUM, How is possible?

What are your render settings and lod? Did you try without anything in your comms folder? Clear rolling cache?

here attached the configuration
rolling Cache disable, I us the GOOGLE MAPS

Update your driver to the 511.23 to start with.
Limit your frame rate to 30
Uninstall the google maps addon by using the uninstall icon in its folder for now.

How can I limitated the frame?

Render scaling is the big one. Try reducing it to around 70 or 75 and see how it performs. You can always increase it again in small increments.

Google maps causes problems for a lot of people. Chances are this is the problem.

Steve

ok thanks I wil try now and let you know

Ow man! Don’t use google maps please. It totally wrecks your sim :grinning:. And it’s not supported.
Glad you found it.
When in trouble, always try vanilla first.
Happy flight!

A reminder about the use of streaming map replacements in MSFS:

Add-ons - Friendly Reminder - Community / News and Announcements - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

This is not supported and has known to cause issues with MSFS.

Ok thanks
But is normal that in take off and landing is jerky?

Those are areas where the scenery usage is at it’s most, therefore any issues will show there first.

In Madrid airport to Gilbilterra

I had the same problem with the Google map app. Did a fresh install of MSFS and it fixed it.

So you say to reinstall all ?
Not only disintall google map?

Did you uninstall the Google Map addon? That doesn’t do a clean uninstall if you did. It leaves 2 entries in the Windows 10 HOSTS file that redirects that data to “nothing”.

Delete the following two lines in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file:

127.0.0.1 kh.ssl.ak.tiles.virtualearth.net
127.0.0.1 khstorelive.azureedge.net

Then restart your PC.

Looks like the lines have been removed.
If you removed them, you will need to restart your PC for it to take effect.
