Jerky motion: CYVR

Hoping someone could check this out please. Since yesterday, when I load into CYVR Vancouver, motion is in a series of jumps. This is for aircraft movement, camera movement and ATC audio. It is like everything moves for like half a second, stops for half a second and then moves again. Non stop. I have not experienced this anywhere else and it is NOT the VRAM issue. I have experienced that a number of times so I know what that looks like. VRAM is also only at around 10GB of 14GB and dev display shows limited by main thread. CPU usage is also unusually high: over 50% while it is normally around 30% during “regular” activity. This is what CapFrameX shows:

Ryzen 7 9800X3D
RTX4080 S
4K, almost all Ultra

I tried high impact airports like EHAM, KJFK etc: none of them do this for me.

HELP!

Default CYVR? I have the same issue with it and default CYYZ. no issue with the FPS.

Does it look like this?

Seems like it’s unfortunately gaining steam as a legit new regression.

Mine is much, much worse! Did a quick video: see here:

Oops, I had not seen that! Appears to be the same thing. Mods, seems like this thread can be closed. Apologies for my oversight

Yes. I guess it depends on the graphics settings. I had brought mine all the way down to low and turned other options off to rule out a configuration issue. I found it didn’t make a difference. But when my settings were where I had them since launch, it was the same as you. If you manage to take off, you’ll find it is buttery smooth as you get away from the airport.

Indeed: the sim works great for me other than this aberration.
