Yes of course! I am currently 18 and live in Poland. I love flightsims & developing things, so I started experimenting with MSFS2020 development. I made a studio called JetpolStudios and released Jetpol P24 business jet and EPOK airport scenery. I am still a beginner in terms of 3d modelling, texturing and programming, so I need a lot more practice 
I believe this depends of what you are looking for. Money? Then… the biggest market is the US one. Select one of the US famous planes . If all of them are done already or are in the process choose one which no one is doing. For example Super King Air Beach 200B. The plane was widely used by the Red Cross and MSF and others in Africa and other places. Everyone is doing B-90 or B-350 and no one is doing B-200 as far as I know.
If you are for Europe market and if you can make avionics… what about Falcons? For example Falcon 7X with its avionic based on Mirage? There was a nice model back to FSX times
Or why not to select one of the planes made in Poland? Like old PZL-23, PZL-43 and so on? Or some post-war planes like PZL-TS-11 or PZL-101, PZL-130 TC-II Orlik?
Or what if Romania made modern variants of Yak-52?
Or L-200 Morava? A nice plane no one is doing as far as I know

Well, I’d love to make one of the Polish airplanes, but I’m afraid nobody would be interested in them since they are not very popular
Yes, they will not pay your work, but what if sooner or later Asobo will look for a local legend plane?:)))
