ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The jetways are not working and remain stationary

ICAO, coordinates, or specific location: LFPG

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue? i haven’t scenery add on

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time

What peripherals are you using, if relevant: Thrumaster airbus

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?

A workaround, is to desactivate all the voloport sceneries… then it should work… type “volo” in your library… desactivate the sceneries and your good to go.

Thanks for the answer, I have deactivated everything that is “volo” but still the same problem

Thank you for answering me, I did as you indicated, but the bridge does not move and I have the same problem in other airports LSGG for example. What do you advise me to do?
If I do a reinstallation, I leave all my settings of my joystick and my career?

Could you provide:

  • a gate your are having an issue with
  • the aircraft you are using
  • the steps you are following to request a jetway

Hello and thank you for answering me. For example it does it to me on all the doors at LFSG or LSGG
I regularly use the Airbus A320 FENIX but I tried with other planes it is the same.
I use your method and also GSX, the result is the same.

If you believe your issue may be caused by a third-party addon/mod, empty your community folder, restart the simulator and try to reproduce the error.
