Jetways Dubai OMDB not working

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: jetways at Asobos OMDB are not operational after landing with the A330-300 included in the game for me. After a flight from Frankfurt EDDF (Asobo scenery as well, the jetways worked there), at Dubai the jetways didn’t react, afte4 hitting the jetway button in the efb.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Occurred first time to me at OMDB, reoccurring on other airports (Turino LIMF, every other time I go there)

  1. Flight into the destination
  2. Taxi to arrival gate
  3. Hit jetway button in efb

• no (SU3)

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• I did not fly to the airport, just spawned at gate F21 Heavy on the world-map (but F20 in the airport scenery, there is an issue there) with the A330 and was able to trigger the jetway from the EFB.
Do you remember which gate you had an issue with ?
Are you using any addon ?

Does C52 works for you?

I don’t have a scenary installed for OMDB, as I think the default Asobo one is good enough (Premium Deluxe Version). When taxi, I also do receive a lot of stutters…

EDIT:
When loading into the airport (stand c52 again), jetway still doesn’t work. I didn’t try others for now, will do it on a later occasion.

I also have the Premium Deluxe Version.
At C52, requesting jetway through EFB does not work. Nevertheless it works requesting it through ground services/board passengers:

I never used the communications window…how do I trigger it with this?

Make sure you have the avionics on, then click on the communication icon on the top toolbar and follow those steps:

Thanks, will use it as a workaround. Might also help on other airports, when EFB jetway toggle isn’t working <3

Yes, it has been commented in others posts too but always good to remind that a workaround exists.
