JF Piper Arrow III plug fouling and vapor lock never happen

I have noticed when I accidently left the Arrow running at low RPM, idle, and left the mixture full rich while I went away for 15+ minutes. Came back expecting a rough running engine or not running at all. It sounded fine, checked the tablet and found no issues under the “warnings” box. Engine ran with no issues.
I also have landed after a long flight, let it sit with the engine off while I went to take a break, vapor lock does not seem to be a thing either.

I have the X-Plane 11 version of this plane as well, and it was easy to foul plugs or have to deal with vapor lock which I am no strange of in my experiences flying in real life. These effects or failures seem to be completely absent. I cannot get it to occur even if I purposely cause a situation which would cause these issues.

Has anyone else noticed this?
I do have it updated and I did have the warnings checkbox ticked.

Confirm the failure system in jf arrows seems rather symbolic, something like br goose

Maybe there is something going on with MSFS2020, I tried doing the same to the Black Square A36 and it didn’t do it either. Just nothing. In fact, nothing I do stresses the engine to below 100% in that aircraft.
