Brief description of the issue:
The landing gear landing effect is missing the simulation of the oleo collapsing. The aircraft is simulated as if you were landing on stiff gear legs.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Land the B747 in JFK landing challenge at any rate of descent and you will see no landing gear oleo action. In previous builds the effect was normal. Also as you can see the runway lines are washed out and the centerline is invisible.
