  1. Make an entirely new blank controller profile and manually assign the commands to it, this sometimes helps with axis related interfacing issues.

  2. Failing that completely reinstall the game.

  3. Failing that, completely reinstall the game, manually delete ALL game data from your computer and go delete your settings stored in the cloud. See this thread: Thrustmaster hotas x no throttle
