JU-52 won't start from cold and dark if checklist is executed manually

All JU-52 related mods were removed (liveries, enhancements,…), however, addons such as GSX remained on

Brief description of the issue:

I can start the engines using Ctrl+E or if I press “AUTO COMPLETE PAGE” in the checklist menu, but if I select “EVALUATION” and follow the steps one by one manually, when I pull the Engine Starter, it starts running, but I soon stops after, regardless what I do next (i.e. completing the two remaining steps

Load JU-52 1939 from Cold & Dark state, AUTO COMPLETE the first two pages of the Checklist (COCKPIT CHECKLIST, BEFORE STARTING ENGINES), then select EVALUATION in the third Cheklist Page (STARTING ENGINES), and follow the steps as required.
