And for those of us who bought it from Just Flight?
Does the Tomahawk have aileron trim?
I’m also having the silent ATC issue as reported on the Just Flight forum. Also reported as fixed for the first update, hopefully soon.
Thanks, that’s similar to my machine but I have an RTX 2060 and I am only flying at 1080p. Good to hear, thanks again.
Only aileron and rudder trim tabs, so nothing that can be controlled from the cockpit. We are looking into adding adjustable trim tabs to the workaround mode in a coming update.

I believe some do, but from factory it was an adjustable spring system (which wasn’t very good, by all accounts).
Anyway, here’s the vid, around the 32m 40s mark he (ex Tomahawk pilot) discusses the trim tab.
The first update for Just Flight (direct) customers will be sooner than that. More info on that very soon.

The values are in its flight model file, but I’m not in the Beta. Even in the lightest winds you need quite a bit of rudder to stay straight, so at least I’ll be able to tell if there is any difference once SU15 is released.
When I was sitting up my bindings last night, I was configuring the NAV/Panel rotary. I usually set those to a 0-100 on a two pole switch. However I think it’s maximum is actually ten, so when I first flipped the switch the panel lit up so much I could hardly see the instruments.
Airspeed, vertical speed and altitude gauges not working is indictive of a pitot blockage, which is caused either by pitot head damage or the cover being left on.
In general you shouldn’t be seeing wear/damage that quickly under normal circumstances, so we’ll need to investigate that further.
We’ve also never experienced or seen reports of CTDs caused by the PA38, so we’d need you to submit a support ticket via our website for our team to look into that.
What assignment does your Logitech fuel pump control use in the settings menu? Does the fuel pump switch move at all when you use it? Unfortunately every bit of hardware behaves differently when it comes to triggering assignments.
The fuel selector uses the standard ‘left main’ and ‘right main’ tanks.

We will fix the GTN transponder issue in the first update.

I was playing around with some spins last night. For most of them once the spin had developed, all I had to do was centre the yoke, and it would snap out of the spin even without right rudder. That was when I had the co-pilot missing.
Later on, after the tip above about the co-pilot, I tried a few more spins, and these I did need right rudder for. It’s possible I got one or two more spins in first before attempting to get out of it, or perhaps it had something to do with the co-pilot?? In either case I did not actually need to push the yoke forward, merely centre it.
For the record I have not had any ground handling issues, just the usual massive amounts of rudder to counter a 3kt breeze.
I thought that but cover was not on for sure, and I had just done a full overhaul and set off again so
Happened 3 or 4 times in a my few flights last night. As for CTD I will write you later with more info if it happens again.
An option for an EGT gauge or another fancy instrument for the blank cover would be cool
We’ve only got two blanks on our instrument panel and those are where the optional ADF and OBS 2 are fitted. We could look into the option of toggling between one of those and an EGT though.

So yes, seeing the price in my local currency (€37.18 with the current rates), this is yet another plane I’ll only watch YouTubers fly. It’s more than two weeks of food. It goes onto my wishlist along with many others which I’ll probably never buy. But this is a me problem, not a product problem. I’m on Xbox anyway and I’m not sure how the 8K textures would fit into the memory.
That’s what I thought off! Would be great to have such options to individualize the plane for your liking!
Thanks for the reply
Look on the bright side, after SU15 in a few weeks, that the last SU for 2020 this year, so along period of at least 8 months for Devs to fix any 2020 SU15 issues in their products !!
To be clear - Jorg in the Dev Stream said there will be additional SUs for FS’20 - but likely not until next year.
Possibly bugs(?):
No state saving on wear rate. It resets to “realistic”.
Prop inop (damaged?) yet the plane is flying.
When a door is opened and the top tach closed (still with the door opened) the door doesn’t react to closing action.
Then on engine start door closes due to airflow with a gap being visible on the roof - as expected. Locking the door mounted latch locks the door on the roof too without having to cycle roof mounted locking mechanism.
