I am getting it as well on 1.32.7.0.
All I get is “Launching game.” But then again, I don’t think that screen lasts 10 seconds on my rig.
I see the counter too; for my rig, it counts up to about 8 before the next screen is displayed.

I don’t think I have had a Gaming Services update.
If your seeing the timer, then gaming services has been updated. It will auto update in the background from ms store.

Gaming server updated, running Steam version. No timer.
Just started FS2020.

Timer went up to 22 seconds.
