I have my eye on that card but I do not think 10gb of vram is enough to max this out at this resolution. There seriously needs be another variant with more vram.

There is. RTX 3090. 24 GB VRAM.

Out of my budget but that would be ideal for 4k.I will wait a few months about before making any purchases.
