I have been at this for hours. I transferred all my games successfully, including MSFS to a brand new SSD called (E:Games) drive.
My problem is, I go to re-download all three of my Justflight planes, and they keep installing to the old C: drive. I have uninstalled and erased anything that has to do with Justflight on that drive. It doesnt even ask what drive to install to, just keeps installing there. How do I refresh Justflight to find the new E drive and to let me select it?

This is also something one has to do with MSFS Addon Linker.
Let installers install where they want to (Community folder), and then move that installed folder, across to your Addon Linker Drive, main equivalent “community” folder.
Not a big deal, after a few times you do it in your sleep !!
It is definitely a support question as you say, although the reason isn’t JustFlight’s “fault”, it’s because when you moved MSFS, pointers were left at your old directories within the MSFS configuration files.
It’s one that 3rd party support departments have to deal with regularly, so yup, the OP needs to just contact they dev and they’ll get it sorted. I’ve had it myself, although I’m darned if I can remember how I fixed it, now. I think I had to reinstall MSFS from scratch again for another reason altogether and that fixed it.
