No, except I removed Zinertek Enhanced Airport Graphics
Brief description of the issue:
Runway 13/31 is rendered in the sim with yellow Xs as though it were inactive. Everything I can find in the public sphere, including the FAA airport diagram indicates it is an active runway. I tried both with and without Zinertek Enhanced Airport Graphics installed, but it remains marked with yellow Xs.

Load C&D at KAGC and use drone to fly over airfield. Note large yellow Xs on runway
