Interesting discussion on a possible related topic here- BTW, in my own testing just now, reinstalling the latest driver 497.09 which caused the discolored titles and CTD on my system two days ago, by turning of Windows Hardware Acceleration, I’m not getting the discolored tiles and CTDs (yet).

Or, try the current drivers and turn off Window’s Hardware Acceleration - not sure why, but it seems to have stopped the discolored tiles/CTDs I was getting.
