Update to improve comercial operations,

[UPDATE 1.5] KELY aerodrome | Rolo Bach 3rd Party Product Announcements

The update 1.5 has the threslods 18-36 prolonged to allow the comercial turboprop (ATR) operations. Also the Mitsubishi MU-2 who need a lot of runway for takeoff.
