The point name for ILS is being used incorrectly for RNAV.

This is strange! MSFS recognizes THR02 as a valid waypoint but other flight planning software such as Navigraph, SkyVector, and AirNav don’t. The waypoints for the RNAV do exist in MSFS but I have no idea why they aren’t displayed. The waypoints used by MSFS are almost identical to the RNAV chart waypoints so the RNAV approach should work.

The issue with these waypoints might be due to MSFS AIRAC update delay. Most flight planning apps install the latest AIRAC when it is distributed. The current one expired 10/5/23.

There probably will be an MSFS update shortly to install the latest update. When the new AIRAC is installed, recreating your flight plan should fix this problem.
