Is it possible to use a keyboard shortcut to hide or show any of the windows… Especially the camera window? Thanks.

Check the Menu shortcuts (first bullet point), if you would like to navigate through them using your keyboard.
Unlike the other windows, I noticed the camera toolbar window does not have a default keyboard set but there are so many camera options that can be accessed directly, so you could skip the toolbar camera window and use keyboard to change camera views directly.
Some other toolbar windows don’t seem to have any shortcuts and no option in the keyboard controls - but some do and it’s customizable - like checklists, you can change the default binding.
For example, VFR Map - V or Nav Log - N
Some panels (added by 3rd party) don’t seem to have shortcut. For all panels that have keyboard shortcut, you can see what the binding is, by hovering your mouse over the panel.
