Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Enter normal AP Approach to 24R KLAX, notice the PAPI lights notify high but GS is on point.

This is not a problem. The approach chart for LAX ILS24R states, “VGSI and ILS glidepath not coincident.”
