KMEM payware has serious problem?

I recently purchased the payware KMEM that is available on marketplace by BMWORLD & AMSIM. I found that upon landing at any of the 18 runways; R C or L, the sim gives me a severe drop in FPS. I’m thinking this has a lot to do with the layout of these runways as you pass over a huge ramp area as you are at about 500ft. I’m running a 4090 and 7950x3d. FPS in general as well as at the heaviest of airports is no longer an issue. But when I land at these runways at KMEM, FPS is holding steady in the teens. Other runways are no problem, even landing at the other end of any of the 18’s… so 36. All smooth. To clarify, it’s not stutters, just a consistent FPS below 20 that basically lasts until my wheels hit the ground. Which of course is right after I clear the pass over what I believe is a cargo ramp. Anyone else having this issue at the payware KMEM? Hopefully this is something the 3rd party dev can fix. It’s astonishing to see it happen on the 4090.

Additionally, the 3 consecutive attempts I have made at exiting to the main menu after landing at KMEM, results in CTD.
Does anyone know how I would go about contacting this DEV? Can’t seem to find anything on them. Do they have a reputation that is good or bad?

I picked up their Phoenix airport and it’s nearly unplayable in VR for me. I don’t know what kind of reputation they have aside from articles oh’ing and ahh’ing over the detail, but they put in SO MUCH detail it hammers your FPS very badly. My friend has KSEA and it’s the same thing. Looks really pretty but very major hit on FPS.

I am betting it’s a CPU thing not a GPU. Check how hard your 4090 is working. I bet it’s not very hard… I have a 2nd Gen 3080 and don’t recall how hard it was working, but that seems to be a theme with this game. It could be it’s just not optimized well - but their airports do look pretty fantastic.

Any updates on how this airport is performing for you (or not)? Anyone tried it on Xbox?

I have it on XBoxX and its one of my favorites. I think they did a good job - especially on the terminal. I don’t have any problems anywhere flying my C172. I havent tried any airliners or even the Cirrus Vision. I only wish the hill at the south end of the airport was modelled and it’d be awesome if there were more static planes at the cargo facility.
