KOAK — Static, AI & User Aircraft Parking/Gate Issues

Brief description of the issue:

The “default” parking/gate selection/assignment for static, AI and user aircraft are incorrect for how the airport is actually utilized. The AI and Static aircraft are using the Remain Overnight (RON) parking area as the primary Gate/Terminal for the airport. This leaves the terminal nearly empty or populated with one or two GA aircraft at the gates. Additionally, there are parking areas specified for the pad directly in front of the airport fire station (rendered in-sim as a car park). I’ve seen large jets parked here with their model halfway inside the building. I’ve been assigned to park there by Ground. There shouldn’t be any parking there, because it is a fire station.

Note the terminal is devoid of airliners other than the A320neo where I chose to depart from:

Note the fire station rendered as a car park. Even if this is how the sim building renderer interprets the airport building data, it still shouldn’t have parking spaces for aircraft in front of it:

Load C&D into KOAK, select drone camera, fly around airport and make ground parking/traffic observations.
