It’s off to Alaska this week for a tour of Kodiak Island. We’ll pass over several backcountry airports, and it should be a fun chance for water or tailwheel landings.

Airplane: CubCrafters XCub (or similar ~120kt plane). Prefer a tailwheel plane if you’d like to practice some wheel landings! A sea plane would also be a blast, with lots of places to skim the water as we go.
