It is a bespoke airport part of the World Update 1 (Japan). Have you downloaded the free WU1 from the content manager ?

As per the your question, yes, I have downloaded the free WU1 ( Japan) since day 1, this is very strange but I will double check tomorrow night when I get back from the office
