KXNA (Northwest Arkansas) missing from FMC/FMS

Hello,

I purchased msfs at the first of this year.

I fly (mainly) airliners around the USA.

I live in Bentonville Arkansas and have been flying out of KXNA (Northwest Arkansas) since I purchased msfs.

However, after today’s update, KXNA is no longer in my FMC?

I flew out of KXNA at 3 am this morning to KDEN. Went to work. Came back from work and was going to fly back to KXNA.

Meanwhile, the sim updated (upon starting) and when I went back to program my flight this afternoon, KXNA is not in the (FMS) database?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Good to see a fellow NWA resident here! I haven’t had an issue with KXNA in FMCs recently.

I’m looking forward to having XNA cleaned up as part of the Scenery Gateway that’s being released soon, too.

I think I’ve discovered a related issue. Recently KXNA renamed their runways to RWY 16L and RWY 16R (34L/34R) and this hasn’t been updated in sim to reflect the updated AIRAC data. This can manifest itself as not showing approaches and runways properly in an FMS.

Unfortunately I doubt we’ll see a fix until the World Hub, and even then it’ll be up to whether someone on PC makes the time to fix it and there’s enough dev capacity to approve a fix sometime this year (I’d say maybe a 50/50 chance).

Additional thoughts more generally here: Can you please update Kuwait Int airport. OKBK to the new icao code OKKK - #3 by ArchBlizzard278

O.k, which makes sense. Thank you.

Must have lucked out with the purchase of the PMDG, because the approaches returned within that fmc.

All is very well right now, but closely monitoring the recent development or post acknowledgment of not being able to support the updates toward the fmc data.

Thanks again, also saying thanks for reaching out to a fellow (Northwest) Arkansans.
