I purchased this on the marketplace for $9.99 and I must say I am pleased.
It is one of a few of the L-39’s that has autopilot.
It has a Garmin GPS, a Garmin HSI, A Synthetic display and a Split screen MFD.
It is a basic cockpit with a few switches that work, and some that don’t but everything that is necessary such as lights, anti-ice etc…
Maximum speed 750 km/h (470 mph, 400 kn) at 5,000 m (16,404 ft)
Never exceed speed Vne) 980 km/h (610 mph, 530 kn) / M0.8
It only has a 3.5 rating out of 5, and that may be based on its performance in the races, but if you are looking for a peppy little jet that handles well, and has a 36,000’ ceiling for $10, you can’t go wrong with this one. And visually outside is very nice and inside is pretty nice too.

I couldn’t agree with you more Shiloh1961! The only downside (at least for me) is that you can’t use other liveries unless you purchased the base pack. I also purchased one of the other Reno racers and have the same problem. If anyone out there has a solution I would sure like to hear it! Other than that, this jet rocks!

I enjoy flying Drop Bear also, but wish there was a way to disable the speed brake. The brake actuates automatically.
I had no idea. I manually deploy it with the / key and retract the same.
Are you on X box?
And it might need a key assigned, but I am unsure since I have had keys remapped since day one.
Yes, it does. I leveled off at 30,000’ and hit 471 kts at around 92% N2, so I was cruising along nicely.
If it hadn’t had an autopilot, I never would have gotten it. Since it is used as a racer, I took the thing to treetop level and was enjoying that flight too. 
I plan on adding the L-39 at some point. Taking a break on spending for awhile, but maybe next year I’ll go on another spending spree and grab it. It’s a reasonable price which is always a plus.

This happened to me one flight, every time I would exceed 472 kts, and that was at 24,000 feet. I simply retracted and slowed a hair, and no more problems. Still trying to find info on why.

The automatic speed brakes are pretty annoying. Anyone have a fix? I guess I can look around the config files to see if you can alter the speed limit before that happens.
