Brief description of the issue:South shore of Lake Erie approx 25 miles East. Noticed this at FL20 down to 2k. Seemed to stretch for about 70 miles along the shore and out into the lake at least 20-30 miles. Flying CJ4, no mods. Just updated sim with Update 1/8/20.

What you see here is realted to the spikes & mesh issue that has been addressed by the devs. Spikes on Terrain and and Mesh Problems - Global
Coastline/Shorelines have also been addressed and they have started working on it according to the feedback snapshot:
